Lloyd Wayne Ragan of Jackson Tennessee died Thursday, May 11, 2017 Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday May 13, 2017 at 11:00 am at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with entombment to follow at Highland Memorial Gardens. Lloyd was born in Hardeman County to the late Oscar and Colar Ragan on February 13, 1942 he was a beloved husband father and Paw Paw who was a salesman at Townsend supply Company and co-owner of Ragan's Citgo. Lloyd Wayne Ragan of Jackson Tennessee died Thursday, May 11, 2017 Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday May 13, 2017 at 11:00 am at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with entombment to follow at Highland Memorial Gardens. Lloyd was born in Hardeman County to the late Oscar and Colar Ragan on February 13, 1942 he was a beloved husband father and Paw Paw who was a salesman at Townsend supply Company and co-owner of Ragan's Citgo. Lloyd would light up a room with his sense of humor and his laugh.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers James and J.N. Ragan and his sisters, Betty Jo Ragan and Eileen Futrell.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 45 years Nellie Mae Ragan son Lloyd Wayne Ryan son Lloyd Creasy (Rita), son Ronnie Ragan (Brandi), Daughter Kim (Greg) Hamilton, Step Daughter Tonie (Matt) Frentzel, and a Step Son Terry Wallace. He leaves 16 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Lloyd will be greatly missed because he was deeply loved.
Pallbearers to serve will be Richard Collins, Jack Collins, Greg Hamilton, Tanner Hamilton, Riley Ragan and Matt Frentzel.
A visitation will take place on Friday May 12, 2017 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the South Chapel, and will resume on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am.
